Fitness Sunday: 27

Warm up

Yeah, I realize it is the end of the day and I am just posting. Today was a busy day. So here is a quick update.

I have done horrible this past week. I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I don’t know if I lost or gained, but my guess is going to be gained. I have had so much junk food! No lie…I have gone a little crazy with the sweets and junk and not eating healthy. I haven’t been doing my night exercises…Yeah, it’s been bad.

So this week I am cutting out sweets again. I am going to find a few challenges to do to take me into October and hope that I have lost at least 10 pounds by Halloween. That is my main goal for right now. I just have to build some muscle and get back to eating healthy. Also, not eating so late.

That is all I have for you this week. Hopefully this coming week will be better.
