Fitness Sunday: Week 15

Fitness Sunday

I haven’t lost nor gained this week.

I got my test results back from the doctor this week as well. They wouldn’t give it to me over the phone because of an abnormality in the results. My mom happens to be friends with my doctor and got in touch with him. I freaked out for like 2 days, terrified something horrible was wrong. Found out the only thing wrong was my vitamin D was low. Thanks for the panic attack.

I haven’t been working out like I should, but I am getting myself back into that. The DDP Yoga that I do actually does help with my ankle and I am hoping that by August my ankle will be completely healed and I can enjoy a walk on the beach.

I have been drinking more water. Finally. I am still not back to 3 liters a day, but I am slowly working my way back to it. I found that I get headaches if I don’t drink enough water. And on top of sweating so much at work, I need as much water as I can force myself to drink.

I have stopped eating so much junk food this past week. I am trying to stay away from bread this week and I bought some dark chocolate for my cravings. I found that if I eat dark chocolate it kills my craving and I don’t eat a lot of it.

It’s good stuff. And surprisingly it’s actually a little nutritious.

So, after the past few weeks I seem to be getting things back on track. I have more to lose a week now to get to 20 pounds down before August, but I think I can make up for my poor choices. Maybe I can lose more than 2 pounds a week without starving myself. Not that I could ever do that.

So my plan for this week is to keep in this track, not eating sweets or bread and continuing to find new things that I like that will benefit my plans rather than ruin my progress.
