This week has not been good at all. I have been eating all the candy! I am a stress eater. I get stressed, I eat. And for some reason I have been extremely stressed this week. So I don’t have anything new this week. I don’t have anything that I am doing different or any new tools I am using. I haven’t even read any fitness articles.
Where do you all go for fitness articles?
So, to keep this short and sweet I will let you know what my fitness goals for this week will be.
- Lose 2 pounds.
- No chocolate…There is a saying that goes: “There is no try, just do.” Didn’t Yoda say that?
- DDP Yoga at least twice.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables
- Stop buying junk food at work.
- Eat less meat. Fill up on vegetables.
I have to lose this weight. I have a long term goal in mind, to fit into a top I got for my birthday a few years ago. I want to be able to fit into it by my birthday this year. I will share a picture of it later. I just can’t seem to get my stress under control.
Any tips or tricks that you know, throw them my way. Please!?
