Sharing Like Someone Cares

I know that some of my readers do enjoy reading my post.  I’m sure a few just see it’s me that has posted and skips right on over it.  It’s okay, my blog was started for myself anyways, but I do love the few readers that I have.  It’s the readers that have kept me on top of posting everyday….almost everyday.  I have missed a few days in the past weeks because of my self-destruction mode.  That’s another day though.

Today I thought I would share my update on my June goals.  I posted my goals in THIS HERE post if you would like to take a look back.  It was posted Sunday, so not a full week has gone by, but I wanted to share anyways.

Today I will be going to the gym for the third time this week.  Woot!  I actually made it.  I went Monday, yesterday, and going today.  Monday I burned 266 calories on cardio and last night I burned 322 calories.  Go me!  Of course I did some weight lifting, but I have yet to figure out how to get the calories burned for that. I spend about an hour in the gym everyday.  I am going with my brother today so I might not get the hour…he gets bored quickly and starts playing around.

Last night I had church, then went to the gym.  So I had to take my gym clothes and all with me.  I had everything, except my shoes!! And I was wearing flip flops.  My gym has a rule against flip flops! I got mad at myself and planned a drive all the way back home, which is a 30 minute drive.  But a friend on Facebook suggested I just buy a new pair so I have two, one to keep in the car in case I forgot again.  Gotta love friends! So I ended up with a new pair of shoes last night!


They are much nicer to my feet and totally cuter than my other pair. lol Thank you Target for having cute work out shoes!

I have not baked anything this week, but when I get home from the gym I am going to sit down and figure out what I want to make.  Then I will go buy what ever ingredients I need.  Hopefully I can create something super cute and fun.  Or just get the hang of things again.

I have not been writing everyday other than my blogs.  I will change this today.  I have just been lazy, laying around the house until I have to leave to do something.  I have a white board that I need to start writing my daily task on so I don’t forget.  I also have to just stop being lazy.

I have had something I am grateful for everyday…except one day.

  • Day 1 grateful for getting a job
  • Day 2…forgot to write one.
  • Day 3 Grateful for my sweet puppy and the fact that she doesn’t cause too many problems
  • Day 4 grateful for my wonderful church family.

The last thing was taking Pixel to the dog park, but that hasn’t happened yet.  I’m actually a little afraid to go by myself.

While we are talking about Pixel, she is now fully vaccinated and healthy as can be!  She ate a while mushroom the other day I was a little afraid, but she is fine, it wasn’t a poisonous mushroom.

Pixel HappyShe is growing so fast!! She has lost that cute little puppy face, but she is still cute!  I will be getting her fixed soon, I just have to work myself up to letting my poor puppy go through that pain.

      Thanks!! I was so upset that I was buying new shoes. I’m about broke. But when I found those shoes and the awesome color I was instantly happier about it. lol
